One disease resistant banana cultivar bred by Embrapa and introducted in 2004. It is a tetraploid hybrid (AAAB), resulting from one cross São Tomé (AAB) x M-53 (AA).
The multiple fruits weight 20 kg in the average.
It is resistant against Black Sigatoka and Panama Disease.
